BRING THEM HOME SOONER

Technology has given us so many tools to find the those have been lost. We provide law enforcement, especially smaller agencies, with a highly-skilled team to immediately assist in child abduction, exploitation, and rescue cases.

TRAINING

Establish a training and review team of nationally recognized experts in cyber-investigations. The team will be available to provide law enforcement with emergency support and guidance on time-sensitive cases anywhere in the country at any time. The team will train state-based teams who can then work to develop regional teams to provide a collaborative network of trained law enforcement officers across the nation.

COMMUNAL DATABASE

Working together, leads to answers. Through cooperative work, we will create a singular secure and collaborative database for all, which will be readily available to law enforcement (State, Local, Federal nationwide). The database will provide resources for the implementation of a unified process of reporting, tracking, and accessing information related to the structure and behavior of existing criminal networks that will aid in the identification and arrest of child predators.

"Children are either missing or they’re not. It is irrelevant if they are considered a runaway. This is nothing but victim blaming and ignores the fact that many have been groomed and manipulated over time by predators. If they are out on their own they are in extreme danger regardless of what designation we choose to give them. It’s time to change this mentality. Children are either missing or they’re not."
