Human trafficking and child exploitation cannot be stopped in isolation, it’s going to take a crowd sourced effort to identify predators, locate their lairs, and take the fight to them. The National Child Protection Task Force, a registered 501c3, is a collaborative effort between law enforcement, private organizations, nonprofit foundations, service providers, and highly-skilled individuals. We all work very well separately, with isolated efforts, but that can only get us so far; it’s time we set aside ego and jurisdiction to come together to attack this problem for the good of the children we need to protect.
Through the gathering of intelligence, education, training, and collaboration, our mission is to eliminate child exploitation, human trafficking and other related criminal networks that contribute to the rise of gun violence, money laundering, and illegal drug distribution.
We envision a society in which children live free from exploitation and without the threat of predators who seek to exploit and abuse them for personal gain. This is made possible through the development of a nationwide law enforcement intelligence database, a comprehensive, technology enabled approach for law enforcement, and a collaborative network of parents, teachers, law enforcement, and victim advocates.
